This installation required us to replace 15 OSB boards and build a cricket. Sometimes we can’t always tell how many boards are going to be needed until we start removing shingles. Roof is now up to code.
As part of the installation process, proper ventilation is intalled and maximized to reduce heat and moisture build up in the attic. This customer opted to have a skylight installed. Even this minor change can change the lighting drastically in the home.
