1920s home that needed new roof and flashings. We removed two layers of shingles and brought up to code with gutter apron, ice and water shield, and drip edge. We installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Williamsburg Gray. We also installed EPDM rubber on old low slope metal roofing that was leaking.
Our normal install includes synthetic felt instead of traditional tar paper, perimeter starter seal strip, and customer’s choice of lifetime dimensional shingles. The customer decided to upgrade the chimney flashing as well.
